Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and standards governing the use of Fit & Share (the “Service”), operated by GrowthRocket Studio. It applies to all users, visitors, and subscribers who interact with our website, APIs, or upload images.

Fit & Share is designed solely as an AI-powered, whole-image virtual try-on preview tool to help individuals visualize clothing on their own photos. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content & Abuse

You may not upload, transmit, store, or generate any content that falls into the following categories. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate termination of access:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Exploitation

Zero tolerance. Uploading, requesting, generating, or facilitating any depiction of child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), or underage nudity is strictly prohibited. Any incident will be reported immediately to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Adult, Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content

You may not upload or generate nudity, exposed genitalia, erotic poses, pornography, fetish imagery, or sexually provocative depictions. All input photos and garments must feature appropriate attire suitable for general public audiences.

Deepfakes, Deceptive Media & Impersonation

Generating non-consensual synthetic imagery, deepfakes, or impersonating another individual without their explicit written consent is strictly forbidden.Fit & Share does not provide face-swapping or deepfake generation features. While our image synthesis models reconstruct pixel details (including facial features) to naturally match lighting and neckline geometry, using the Service to falsify identity, mislead others, or produce defamatory likenesses is strictly prohibited.

Violence, Gore & Self-Harm

Uploading or generating images portraying extreme violence, gore, mutilation, bloodshed, suicide, self-injury, or the encouragement or glorification of bodily harm is strictly prohibited.

Hate Speech, Harassment & Discrimination

Content that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, denigrates, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity is strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property Infringement & Non-Consensual Photos

You must possess all necessary rights and authorizations for every image you upload. You may not upload photos of other people without their prior consent, nor may you infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, design patents, or publicity rights.

Illegal Goods & Dangerous Activities

Promoting, facilitating, or depicting illicit narcotics, firearms, ammunition, explosives, counterfeit items, or any activity prohibited under federal, state, or international law is banned.

System Abuse, Scraping & Filter Circumvention

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or bypass our safety filters, rate limits, authentication tokens, or payment gateways. Any automated abuse or denial-of-service attempts will result in an immediate IP and account ban.

3. Safety Screening & Content Moderation

To protect users and adhere to payment network safety standards, Fit & Share combines platform use restrictions with automated and administrative safety controls:

  • Mandatory Prohibited Content Standards: All uploaded photos, garments, and text notes must strictly comply with Section 2 above. Submissions violating these standards are subject to immediate blocking, account suspension, or termination.
  • Automated Moderation Rollout: In alignment with pre-launch compliance milestones, multi-stage automated screening (powered by OpenAI Moderations API) is being integrated into our generation pipeline to inspect input text, source images, and synthesized outputs under a fail-closed principle.
  • Stage-Specific Fail-Closed Enforcement & Credit Protection: Under our content safety pipeline:
    • Input Phase: If user notes or uploaded source images violate safety policies or if moderation is unavailable, generation is blocked immediately without calling the generative model, and no generation credits are deducted.
    • Output Phase: If generated try-on previews fail safety verification or if post-generation moderation is unavailable, outputs are withheld—they are neither saved to your account history nor displayed; the attempt does not consume a successful generation credit, and any reserved credit is returned in accordance with standard account quota lifecycle and expiration rules.
    • Source Photo Storage: Input images uploaded prior to generation remain in secure private cloud storage subject to our retention and user-requested deletion procedures detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

GrowthRocket Studio reserves the right to investigate and take immediate corrective action regarding any violation of this AUP, including:

  • Immediate rejection of generating tasks and deletion of non-compliant files.
  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of user accounts without refund.
  • IP address blocking and firewall restrictions.
  • Reporting severe violations, especially CSAM or direct threats, to relevant law enforcement bodies.

5. Reporting Abuse & Violations

If you encounter any content or user behavior that violates this policy, or if you believe your copyrighted work or likeness has been used without authorization, please report it promptly to our compliance team:
