1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FitMirror (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. FitMirror is operated by GrowthRocket Studio, located in the State of Texas, United States.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

FitMirror provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that generates preview images showing how a garment might look when worn. Users upload a photo of themselves and an image of a garment, and our AI produces a composite try-on preview.

Important Disclaimer: The try-on previews generated by FitMirror are visual references only. They are AI-generated approximations and do not guarantee physical fit, size accuracy, fabric drape, color accuracy, or actual appearance. Actual garments may appear differently than shown in the generated preview. FitMirror does not constitute purchase advice, and you should not rely solely on generated previews when making purchasing decisions.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We continuously work to improve accuracy, but AI-generated results may contain deviations, artifacts, or inaccuracies.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

FitMirror offers a free tier with limited previews and a Pro subscription plan. The Pro subscription is billed at $9.99 per month.

• Free Tier: 5 previews per month. Photos are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.
• Pro Subscription: 30 previews per month, permanent history saving, and downloadable results. Cancel anytime.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact our support team within 7 days of your payment date and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact us with the email address associated with your account. Include your account details and the date of purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all photos and images you upload to the Service (“User Content”). FitMirror does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant FitMirror a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Generated Results: The AI-generated try-on previews produced by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and share generated previews for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent from GrowthRocket Studio.

Service IP: The FitMirror name, logo, brand, and underlying technology (including AI models, software, and algorithms) are the exclusive property of GrowthRocket Studio. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.

FitMirror does not warrant that:

• AI-generated previews will accurately represent the appearance, fit, or size of any garment;
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected; or
• The results obtained from the Service will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from FitMirror or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GROWTHROCKET STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

In no event shall the total liability of GrowthRocket Studio exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. You waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
